Radisson Red in Mohali, the first of its kind to be opened in India features 150 guest rooms and suites, All Day Dining /Lobby Lounge/Bar, Gym and Meeting spaces. Conveniently located 3km from the international airport at Chandigarh, Radisson Red is an upscale hotel aimed at young travellers wishing to explore India through informal services where anything goes, a social scene that’s waiting to be shared and a bold design that kick starts the fun. With a playful twist on the conventional, Radisson Red Mohali with its eye-catching design offers ageless hospitality through art, music and fashion. Red is associated with energy, strength, power, determination, and passion, indeed an intense colour and the keyword for the brand. FBEYE’s design takes inspiration from Asia’s largest rose gardens also situated in Mohali and we have infused the colours, shapes, textures and patterns into our design to achieve a vibrant and refreshing accent to the Radisson Red brand standards.

The dynamics further extend into the Redhaba (All Day Dining) with the Conservatory to the left and the Moonshine, the bar, to the right. The show kitchen, is vibrant and action-packed with beautiful stone carved buffet counters with magnificent food and beverage offers from different countries, combined with tastefully designed surroundings. The palette here continues from the lobby, with accents of champagne gold, timber panelling, coloured back glass, blue/grey, leather, and dark green upholstery, sitting on a black and white patterned floor.

The opulence continues into Moonshine, an intimate setting with a feature Bar and wine wall display. The Bar glistens with a backlit ribbed pelmet top and stunning marble counter below luxurious plum leather sofas await an evening cocktail or beer. Alternatively, high back seating couples for a little more privacy.

With a hint of industrial chic, the guestroom is stylish with a unique combination of the neutral soft grey palette and red colour accent, introducing casual elegant furnishings with an urban atmosphere. The experience starts at the foyer, where you enter a darker “anti space“, before the bright bedroom area. Soft grey concrete wall covering as a general wall covering with a warm timber vinyl floor. The custom area rug awaits underfoot as you get out of bed. Unique to each guestroom and suite is the signature (mural) artwork adorning the bedhead wall, (dream like experience) complimented by pops of red colour. The bedside pendant is shaped like a hat (in black metal trim) with a layering typography effect. Integrated reading lights that pivot is included here also. The clever layout of the room offers a unique writing desk, which doubles as a dining area for 2, with a padded bench seat (with hanging padded back). Mounted artwork above the desk includes black metal trim detail that ties back to the common language expressed in the bedside lights, industrial chic. The desk can be pushed towards the wall, over the bench seat when not in use to provide additional space. A luxurious armchair also awaits those more relaxing moments. This unique design continues into the bathroom with a neutral palette with just a pop of colour in the artwork. Less is more when it comes to the bathroom. An oversized mirror makes this space feel larger. A generous vanity and large window through to the bedroom offer natural daylight to this fresh and elegant space.
