At the heart of Tbilisi, Swissôtel unfolds as a layered urban retreat, integrating nature, wellness and contemporary design to redefine the rhythm of hospitality for today’s global traveller.

Set to open in the heart of the Georgian capital, Swissôtel Tbilisi presents a contemporary interpretation of luxury shaped by intelligence, balance and mindful living. Designed by Sundukovy Sisters Design and Architecture Studio, the hotel reflects Swissôtel’s renowned hospitality ethos while responding thoughtfully to its urban surroundings. The result is a refined environment where vitality and functionality coexist, offering guests a sense of clarity, comfort and understated elegance.

The arrival experience unfolds as an urban retreat infused with biophilic sensibilities. Lush greenery establishes an immediate connection to nature, softening the architectural language of the interior. Organic and raw materials such as wood, bamboo, cork, leather and cotton introduce warmth and texture, creating an atmosphere that feels both energising and grounding. The lobby transcends its traditional role, becoming a social and contemplative space designed to rejuvenate the senses and encourage pause within the city’s rhythm.

Guest rooms are conceived as calm sanctuaries where functionality is seamlessly woven into elegance. A neutral palette forms the foundation, enriched by natural materials and subtle contrasts that lend depth without visual noise. Folk-inspired details sit alongside minimalist lines, offering a quiet reference to local culture. Green accents bring a sense of freshness, while integrated storage solutions enhance everyday comfort. Bathrooms are defined by reeded surfaces and contemporary fittings, transforming routine moments into tactile experiences of ease.

The Vitality Rooms elevate well-being through intelligent design. Ergonomic furniture, bio-adaptive lighting and a dedicated wellbeing wall support physical movement and mental balance, while in-room wellness features such as experience showers and aromatherapy bathtubs create a private spa-like atmosphere.

Wellness continues within Pürovel Spa & Sport, where Alpine-inspired principles meet contemporary refinement. Carefully selected natural materials and atmospheric lighting shape a space that feels both restorative and invigorating, welcoming guests and locals alike. Across the hotel’s dining venues, stone, wood and marble define a culinary landscape enriched by texture and craft, while the rooftop bar combines brass details and rich materials with expansive city views.

Swissôtel Tbilisi emerges as a thoughtfully layered destination where modern luxury, nature and mindful design converge, redefining hospitality within Georgia’s evolving urban narrative.
