Inspired by the classic Orkney Chair, which was made from real ropes, the Giro chair reinterprets Orkney’s unique design approach using recycled polypropylene rope to take advantage of the materials’ flexible and sustainable characteristics. The chair, which Vincent Van Duysen designed for Kettal, is warm and weather-friendly, making it an ideal furniture choice for contemporary outdoor spaces. The combination with teak gives the chair a very natural aesthetic to create a pleasant and tactile atmosphere.
